WESTRIDE「PT.TEE.25-01」

The new main graphic by PSYCHO is simple yet imposing, in the style of good old 30-40's advertising. Below the brand name are the names of cities across the United States, expressing how the brand has become known to more people in more distant cities over time. A popular simple and small design is placed on the left chest, and the OFF base is produced separately.

The design art is by PSYCHO GRAFIX's "PSYCHO". He began his activities in 1998. With his skills and sense, he is famous throughout the country as a SIGN PAINT and PINSTRIP ARTIST representing the Hokuriku region. He has a deep knowledge of HOT ROD and CHOPPER, as well as OLD BMX, SKATE, TOY, etc., and his designs, inspired by various cultures, boast a unique presence. He is active in a wide range of areas, including providing artwork to WESTRIDE, events both domestically and internationally, and art shows.

Sewing: WESTRIDE's original TEE is knitted on a round-body hanging machine → split the sides and sewn with double seams → cut the seam allowance on the inside side → triple-bind the neck. This is a very time-consuming process. This process prevents the round-body from losing its shape and makes it comfortable to the touch. Since the TEE also serves as underwear, we are particular about not only the print pattern but also the quality itself.
Printing method: Regarding the printing method, even for the same design, the base color, print color, and print design are considered one by one, and the best one is selected and printed by hand. (Water-based dyeing, half rubber, discharge printing, cracking, etc.)
Print design: Each graphic has its own message and story. One of the fun things about wearing the design is to look at the background of them at the same time. The design is mainly front print and back print, and is put together with artwork that is typical of WESTRIDE. Items with a front design can be layered with a vest, shirt and jacket, while items with a back design can be paired with top accessories. This lineup is designed to allow you to fully enjoy fashion. We are also constantly incorporating new materials and techniques for prints and inks to create more expressive designs.
