Round-body milling has become very rare in modern times due to the decline in knitting machines and the pursuit of production efficiency. Healthknit creates original yarns and knits them into a fabric with a firm texture.
The design is based on a 1940s Henley neck shirt found in Healthknit's vintage archives. The ribbing on the cuffs is knitted one by one on a flat knitting machine, just like the vintage ones. The sewing of each part is finished with a four-needle flat seam, and combined with the round body design with no seams at the sides, we pursue comfort. It is full of the unique attention to detail that only Healthknit, which has been making underwear for a long time, can provide.
Rather than simply reproducing the underwear of that time, we have corrected and modernized the excessively long length that was assumed to be tucked in and the fit around the sleeves that was too tight.
